Yoga and fitness have helped Ashley find balance and cultivate peace. She uses the physical practices of yoga to energize, stabilize, and rest the body and mind, and she uses the principals of yoga philosophy to guide everyday life. Ashley is excited to share the physical, mental, and healing benefits of the yoga practice with her community through individual and group classes that incorporate awareness, focus, and alignment.
Ashley has been practicing yoga since 2004 and appreciates that there is always more to learn and room to grow. She received her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow teacher certification from the Trenton Yoga Foundation in Trenton, NJ, and she is a Licensed Social Worker.
