Kimber found yoga as a way to center and balance her busy life, for herself and for her family. She developed a deep appreciation for the mental and spiritual side, and embraces what the physical side of her practice consistently challenges her with.
She completed her 200 hour RYT through Onyx Yoga Studio. Kimber has an alignment based, playful style that encourages students to discover their edge in a safe and supported environment. With focus on AKNT breathing, offerings of modifications and alignment, she wants to help build a foundation for all. Kimber helps her students to feel supported, connected, and inspired.
She extends deep gratitude and love for all of her teachers, past, present and future. She is thankful to her family, especially her husband and their children for supporting her on this journey.
