Paula Czapla PT, DPT is a sole practitioner who provides in-depth evaluation and treatment of infants through adults. Dr. Czapla specializes in functional movement and mobility using traditional and alternative strategies. After a thorough evaluation Dr. Czapla will provide a plan of care that may include manual or massage therapy, therapeutic exercise, yoga and yoga postures, or neuromuscular facilitation and treatment.
Dr. Paula Czapla received her clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy from Seton Hall University in 2006. She specializes in the functional and integrated health and wellness of infants through adults. Dr. Czapla is also a yoga instructor and focuses on a mind-body connection. She uses neurological and manual treatment strategies, along with traditional strengthening, to help her patients regain their highest level of mobility.
Dr. Czapla is also a second degree Reiki and incorporates that into her treatments.
As a college athlete, she played softball at Villanova University where she attended undergraduate school prior to transferring to Seton Hall University. She has coached girls softball and was the founder and head coach of a competitive travel girls softball team in northern New Jersey. She loves the outdoors, hiking, biking and kayaking. Dr. Czapla currently lives in Flemington, NJ with her husband, two children and their two dogs.
