A yoga flow class that incorporates balance, focus, and alignments to exercise the body, calm the mind, and create fluidity. The class is suitable for beginners but will also challenge more experienced students as it works towards more difficult poses.Register
A class that bridges the gap between physical therapy and yoga this class is suitable for all levels. We focus on fascial rolling of tight areas, neutral trunk alignment, breathing mechanics and proper functional alignment of yoga poses. A perfect addition to an advanced practice or for someone who has never taken a class before.Register
