Kerri is yoga instructor inspired by empowering her students to tap into their inner strength and resilience, using alignment-based yoga combined with mindful breath work . A playful approach to yoga paired with a sense of humor to laugh at myself and my foibles rather than push into poses and asanas are key elements to both my practice and my teaching style. During classes I usually explore themes and build sequences around them, from chakras, over kleshas, to the phases of the moon, or the mood of the day.
