 Billie Herzer

Billie-Herzer-thumbA playful approach to yoga paired with a sense of humor to laugh at myself and my foibles rather than push into poses and asanas are key elements to both my practice and my teaching style. During classes I usually explore themes and build sequences around them, from chakras, over kleshas, to the phases of the moon, or the mood of the day. While I love the physical challenge of yoga, my focus is always on quieting body and breath, so that the mind can follow along. Read more about Billie
