Joanna focuses on an alignment based vinyasa flow with balanced energy, and a positive encouraging environment with an emphasis on breath and awareness. Alison Bell Levine, ERYT-200, RYT-500, RCYT

Ashley Costello, RYT-200

Yoga and fitness have helped Ashley find balance and cultivate peace.  She uses the physical practices of yoga to energize, stabilize, and rest the body and mind and she uses the principals of yoga philosophy to guide everyday life. Ava Marino, RYT-200

Yoga has given me an increase in body awareness, an enlightenment regarding self care and a deepened spiritual connection. These things are what continue to draw me to my mat. I am also trained in restorative yoga, am a Reiki Level I practitioner and love to explore healing crystals and essential oils. Read more about Ava


Billie Herzer, RYT-200

A playful approach to yoga paired with a sense of humor to laugh at myself and my foibles rather than push into poses and asanas are key elements to both my practice and my teaching style. During classes I usually explore themes and build sequences around them, from chakras, over kleshas, to the phases of the moon, or the mood of the day. While I love the physical challenge of yoga, my focus is always on quieting body and breath, so that the mind can follow along. Read more about Billie

Yoga has been a part of my life since I was 13 years old, thanks to my amazing holistic healer mother. My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, and has made me more mindful of the way I live my life, both on and off the mat. Heather Fraunberger, ERYT-200

Heather began her Yoga journey in 2001. After trying many styles and studios, she became hooked after taking classes with Joanne Carter at Simply Yoga. Heather has a deep respect for the precision and strength of the Iyengar method of Yoga, which she attributes to her ability to keep students safe and strong in her Hatha Yoga classes. She has completed many Iyengar workshops, has attended The Yoga and Recovery conference at Kripalu, and has done teacher training sessions with a Smart Asana System influence. Read more about Heather



Jennifer Stas, RYT-200

Jenn first stepped on her mat in 2009 hoping to bring more peace and balance back into her life however, what she found, was an entire new journey. As a certified RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) Instructor, Reiki & Chakra Healer, and recently a Pre/Post-Natal Yoga Instructor, Jen guides students through lighthearted flow classes that help restore the inner peace and balance within them once again. Kate Textores, RYT-200

As a 200RYT hour certified teacher Kate approaches teaching with a playful attitude and focuses her classes around a student’s personal exploration of the different postures. She loves to give students the ability to play with the many variations. Ultimately helping them to discover new aspects of poses and themselves in an upbeat and laid back environment.


Kerri Brynildsen, RYT-200 , RYPT

Kerri-Brynildsen-thumbKerri is yoga instructor inspired by empowering her students to tap into their inner strength and resilience, using alignment-based yoga combined with mindful breath work . Kerri is also trained in prenatal/postnatal yoga, postpartum doula , yoga therapeutics and restorative yoga; she is currently pursuing her certification as a birth doula and an ayurvedic practitioner. Kimber Zupko, RYT-200

Kimber found yoga as a way to center and balance her busy life, for herself and for her family. She developed a deep appreciation for the mental and spiritual side, and embraces what the physical side of her practice consistently challenges her with. She completed her 200 hour RYT through Onyx Yoga Studio. Meghan Pruett, RYT-200

Meghan was introduced to yoga at a young age. She would attend all the classes and even float into dwi pada sirsasana with ease.  That was until her life took an unexpected turn, where yoga no longer became accessible. Sticking to the roots of eastern yoga, Meghan loves to introduce slight chanting, pranayama, drishti (single point focus) and alignment into each practice. Read more about Meghan

Victoria Feliton, RYT-200

Victoria was initially drawn to meditation and Ayurvedic principles 15 years ago, while working as a product development manager in the fashion industry, looking for relief from chronic stress and illness.
