Victoria was initially drawn to meditation and Ayurvedic principles 15 years ago, while working as a product development manager in the fashion industry, looking for relief from chronic stress and illness. She not only regained her health, but discovered a deeper dimension and richness to life that she finds ever-fascinating and inspiring.
Following her heart, Victoria became a certified yoga teacher in 2017. She now teaches an alignment-based Vinyasa flow, using the breath to support both the physical body as well as to unlock the deeper innate wisdom within. Victoria believes that through aligning the physical and more subtle energies we become more vibrant, energetic, connected, joyful, peaceful, and fulfilled.
Victoria is also professionally trained in restorative yoga, is a Certified Health Coach, and is working on her Prenatal Yoga Teaching certification.
