Amy Novack, RYT 200

My first 200 hour teacher training was 13 years ago at Brahma yoga in Sea Bright NJ, which sadly is no longer there, and it helped to deepen my love and understanding of this practice and philosophy.  I did my 500 hours training with Yoga One now located in Highstown, and have taken continuing education at Kripalu, the Sivananda ashram in the Bahamas, and Fair Haven yoga for a 30 hour prenatal certification. I have taken classes all over the world, and in my travels always find a studio to visit. Read more about Amy

Billie Herzer, RYT 500

A playful approach to yoga paired with a sense of humor to laugh at myself and my foibles rather than push into poses and asanas are key elements to both my practice and my teaching style. During classes I usually explore themes and build sequences around them, from chakras, over kleshas, to the phases of the moon, or the mood of the day. While I love the physical challenge of yoga, my focus is always on quieting body and breath, so that the mind can follow along. Read more about Billie

Kate Textores, RYT 200

As a RYT-200 hour certified teacher Kate approaches teaching with a playful attitude and focuses her classes around a student’s personal exploration of the different postures. She loves to give students the ability to play with the many variations. Ultimately helping them to discover new aspects of poses and themselves in an upbeat and laid back environment.
