1-on-1 Reformer Pilates
About Pilates
Therapeutic Pilates is part of our transitional fitness program as you make the next steps in your continuum of care with ALIB. Therapeutic Pilates is an equipment-based, one-on-one, mind/body training method aimed at improving strength, flexibility, balance, and pain-free, natural movement. Sessions are based on each patient’s personal needs and will complement what you have already been working on in your physical and/or occupational therapy sessions.
Therapeutic Pilates will help to “bridge the gap” as you work on transitioning back to your normal exercise regime.
Our therapeutic Pilates program is taught by Sarah Stangota. As an Occupational Therapist for 22 years and a Pilates Instructor for 6 years, Sarah is in a unique position to work with clients who have various needs and backgrounds. She will carefully plan an individualized Pilates program just for you.
Just reach out to us at our office in Flemington, NJ and we can set up an appointment!

At A Life in Balance, we offer pilates as a way to complement both Physical and Occupational Therapy. Building upon the importance of core strength, these one-on-one sessions are perfect for people transitioning out of therapy and back to their regular workouts. These sessions are also a great way to get private instruction so that you can work up to going to a reformer or mat pilates class.
