With a clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy from Seton Hall University, Dr. Paula incorporates traditional strengthening techniques along with alternative methods such as yoga, dry needling (certified in 2023), and second-degree Reiki. She became board-certified in Orthopedics by the American Physical Therapy Association in 2024.
Adding to her unique qualifications, Dr. Paula holds a Level 100 US Ski and Snowboard certification and is a member of the US Ski and Snowboard Medical Pool, providing specialized care for athletes.
